On May 10, 2012, in order to unite the strength of the vast number of merchants in Linyi Mall and promote the mutually beneficial and harmonious development of commerce and logistics, the Linyi Wholesalers Federation with independent legal personality was established by the spontaneous organization and initiative of the merchants in the mall, filed by the Linyi Civil Affairs Bureau, supervised by the Linyi Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
